Prohibited activities

- Cryptomining or intensive workloads without prior authorization.

Infrastructure availability (general)
General commitment for network and power between 99% and 99.9% monthly, depending on service and infrastructure.

SLA exclusions
- Scheduled maintenance announced beforehand.
- DDoS attacks or external security incidents.
- Failures in client systems (scripts, CMS, plugins, configs).
- Service saturation or abuse.
- Third-party software failures not managed by Lagserv.
- Force majeure (massive power issues, fires, disasters, etc.).
- Changes made by the client without technical oversight.
- Immediate action on malicious activity or risks to the network.
Service notes
- Shared hosting: reasonable use; no per-client SLA due to multi-tenant nature.
- VPS: we guarantee node network/power and assigned resources; internal software is client-managed unless a managed service.
- Dedicated: network and power with 99.9% target uptime; hardware access. Does not cover OS/apps configured by the client.
Operational responses and security
- Immediate suspension without notice for illegality, malware, phishing, spam, scanning, attacks, or resource abuse.
- Protection: network Anti-DDoS, firewall, OWASP policies, automated monitoring and 24/7 alerts.
Compensation (optional)
Cases are evaluated individually by nature, duration, impact, and origin. No automatic credits; any benefit is discretionary.

- Client portal.

- Official emails.
- Scheduled announcements.
SLA changes
Lagserv may update the SLA at any time. The current version is published on the site; continued use implies acceptance.
Our site uses cookies to improve navigation, remember language/theme, keep sessions, and measure usage. They may be first or third party for security, analytics, and content delivery.

These terms govern the use of shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers from Lagserv SPA.
- Acceptance: by purchasing, you state you are of legal age/authorized and accept these terms and related policies.
- Nature: we provide infrastructure (cPanel hosting, Linux VPS, dedicated); the client is responsible for content and usage.
- Payments & renewal: prepaid; auto-renew unless canceled via ticket. Unpaid invoices may suspend/delete service.
- Immediate suspension for risk: we may suspend/delete without notice if we detect illegal activity, malware, phishing, spam, attacks, or risks to the network/other clients.
- Reasonable use (shared hosting): no strict limits but must be reasonable; excessive use may be limited and require migration to VPS/dedicated.
- Client responsibility: protect credentials, keep apps updated, and back up often. Lagserv is not responsible for hosted content or its use.
- Limitation of liability: we do not guarantee absolute uptime nor assume economic losses from outages, failures, attacks, or force majeure.
- Termination: we may terminate for non-payment, abuse, term violations, or harm to infrastructure.

1. Infringement notices
Send a valid DMCA notice including: identification of protected material, specific URL, contact info, good-faith statement, perjury statement, and digital signature.

Lagserv may suspend or permanently terminate services involved in repeated infringements.
